• Perform pain-point, strategic-gap, KPI, and root-cause analysis
• Identify where latency, escalation, judgment, and human touch concentrate
• Translate analysis findings into a vetted, solution-independent opportunity backlog

The objective is to turn process models into evidence-based business insight and actionable transformation opportunities.

Task-flow shows the sequence of work. Decision-flow shows where judgment occurs and where work waits for a decision.

Conventional process models often show activities, roles, handoffs, and routing while leaving the decision structure largely implicit. The dual-lens approach makes both dimensions visible.

By examining decision density, judgment intensity, decision rights, information inputs, escalation, and decision latency, participants can identify performance constraints that task-execution dashboards may classify only as queue or waiting time.
