Part 4 (STX4) of the workshop address the question – how do I balance delivering on my short-term incremental improvement initiatives with achieving the longer-term strategic change initiatives to optimize customer and business value within the resource constraints of time, talent, budget, etc.?
Participants from Strategy Execution Workshop Part 3 (Prioritizing Strategic Initiatives) plus any additional stakeholders that can provide additional insight into your organization’s short-term incremental improvident initiatives and/or longer-term strategic initiatives.
1) Identify the current and upcoming incremental improvement initiatives and analyze the value contribution and resource requirement factors of the initiatives;
2) Analyze the value contribution and resource requirement factors of the strategic initiatives identified and prioritized in Part 3 of the workshop; and
3) Analyze various options for balancing short-term incremental improvement initiatives with longer-term strategic change initiatives to optimize customer and business value.
Approximately 30 minutes on individual prework by each participant prior to the main session.
Approximately 5-hours live (onsite or virtual) interactive hands-on facilitation by strategy execution experts tailored to your organization.
Approximately 90-minutes of live virtual post session facilitation to review the take-aways and evolve the deliverables from the main session.

Part 4 (STX4) Workshop Participants will:
Work together with the facilitators to 1) Identify the current and upcoming incremental improvement initiatives and analyze the value contribution and resource requirements of the initiatives; 2) Analyze the value contribution and resource requirements of the strategic initiatives identified and prioritized in Part 3 of the workshop; and 3) Analyze various options for balancing short-term incremental improvement initiatives with longer-term strategic change initiatives to optimize customer and business value.Participants receive a comprehensive course workbook, supplemental materials, and a personalized Certificate of Completion indicating CEU
(continuing education unit) credits awarded.
