Mapping Initiatives to Operational Objectives to Strategy
Strategy Execution Workshop Part 1 (STX1).
Workshop Participants will:Work together and with the facilitators to develop a strategy map that depicts the cause-and-effect relationships among and between financial, customer and operational strategic objectives as well as the strategic initiatives that achieve the customer and financial objectives. The strategy map provides the foundation for a deep dive and prioritization of strategic initiatives in Part 3 of the workshop.
Participants receive a comprehensive course workbook, supplemental materials, and a personalized Certificate of Completion indicating CEU
(continuing education unit) credits awarded.
