Program Description

Enterprises are driven by and organized around business processes. Business process activities are the foundational building blocks of the enterprise - where value is created, the majority of resources (dollars, hours, etc.) are consumed and is the point of connection between your organization’s customers, users, vendors and business partners.

Efficient, effective and adaptable processes contribute to responsive, productive and competitive enterprises. Business processes in many organizations, however, consist of a complex web of inefficient, dated, redundant work activities, ambiguous business policies and entrenched business rules that hinder enterprise performance.

These same processes, unfortunately, in many cases, also provide the basis for defining business and user requirements for application software solutions.
